You can request a custom design on our website.
The process begins with a payment of €15 for the design.
Once you receive the design, you can review it and request any changes you need. Only when you are satisfied will you pay the remaining amount for the painting, and then we will manufacture it.
*The €15 is deducted from the total price. If you are not satisfied with the design, we will refund the amount.
Returns and guarantees
All our paintings come with a 2-year warranty.
You have 7 days from when you receive the order to write to us and request a refund.
Simply send the painting back to us and, once we receive it, we will refund you the full amount, no questions asked and no hassle.
Furthermore, we fully cover the return shipping costs.
